I write fiction, especially science fiction. I won twice the Urania Mondadori Award, the first time with “e-Doll” and the second one with “Bloodbusters” (ex-aequo with Sandro Battisti). I also won the Odyssey and the Italian Award for best science fiction novel with “Livido”, published in English by the Australian publisher Xoum, with the title of “Nexhuman”. As co-founder – with Francesco Mantovani – and editor of the Future Fiction series, an imprint of Mincione Edizioni, I scout and select the best stories from around the world, with a special attention to those written in non-English-speaking countries and cultures. Finally I develop cross-media projects ranging from audiobooks, theatrical performances and audiovisual installations thanks to the Future Fiction Factory.
