Clelia Farris is one of the most awarded women of the Italian Science Fiction; born in Cagliari (Sardinia) in 1967, she got her first recognition in 2004 with her first novel – Rupes Recta – that won the Fantascienza.com prize.
Five years later, a new novel – Nessun uomo è mio fratello – got awarded in the Italian “Premio Odissea 2009” Awards. In the meantime, several of her short novels mesmerized readers of Fantasy Magazine, Effemme and Robot.
In 2010, her third novel – La pesatura dell’anima – won the Kipple Award and is now available in the Future Fiction collection.
In 2015 Future Fiction will publish her first short novel in english: “Creative Surgeon”.
