Carlos Hernandez
In addition to being the author of the "Integrated Cuban Guide to Quantum Santeria" Carlos Hernandez, an American of Cuban origins, has published more than 40 works of fiction, poetry and dramaturgy in magazines such as Lightspeed, Uncanny Magazine and Interzone.
By day, Carlos is an associate professor of English at the City University of New York (CUNY), with appointments at the Borough of Manhattan Community College and the CUNY Graduate Center. In addition to teaching and writing, Carlos began working in the field of game design; he has collaborated on several games and game-based learning projects for both scholarship and fun.
He lives in Queens in New York.
