Francesco Verso is the soul and engine of Future Fiction, but he is also the most translated Italian Science Fiction author abroad of the last 20 years. His stories have been published in Italy, UK, Brazil, Russia, Spain, USA, Australia, Romania, Peru and China. After winning some science fiction awards including two Urania awards, two Italy awards and three Europa awards , from 2018 he decided to publish his own stories on Future Fiction. A choice of freedom and autonomy that also distinguishes the Future Fiction project and its nature as a cultural association for social promotion. Francesco Verso’s novels often deal with the relationship between body and technology, in a way that oscillates between symbiosis and ambiguity, where biopolitical approaches clash with the needs of personal freedom and community expression, particularly felt by the author.
